Walmartscored September 2026

Walmart made a big change when it added support for Spanish for the US -- not just via the website but through its new AI chatbot Sparky. Unfortunately, Walmart has a ways to go in improving global consistency and navigation. But within the US at least, it's making strides in improving the experience for more customers.
