Visa continues to use an overweight, video-heavy, site that is not as user-friendly as it could be. The company does excel with languages -- with 45 currently. But the global gateway remains in the footer. One small positive is the addition of the globe icon (see Before and After). Overall, some progress but more needs to be done.
