SAP is not making its AI assistant (Joule) easy to find. When found it was effective in handling queries in different languages, but we'd like to see it better implemented. The global gateway still relies on flags, which is unfortunate. And localization remains uneven, another opportunity for AI to improve depth of content across languages and locales.
