Salesforce offers a cautionary tale in how AI can highlight gaps in you global website strategy. The AI tool very successfully handled our query in Spanish but then struggled to help us navigate to the right site which was more a fault in global gateway execution than the AI. Note in Before and After how the global gateway got buried.
