Oracle continues to retreat on languages; now supporting just 18 languages, down from more than 30 not too long ago. It updated its web design as you can see in Before and After. It still, sadly, uses a flag on the global home page. And it does not manage language expectations well on its expanded global gateway, which implies that more languages are supported (when they are not). On a positive not, Oracle does use machine translate documentation as shown in screenshots. But more work needs to be done.
