Netflix heeded our recommendation by expanding its global gateway last year to include all supported languages. Historically it limited the languages options to just English and Spanish. Now, more visitors will see an interface in their preferred language.

For years, Netflix only allows users to toggle between English and Spanish for the .com/US site. Today, thankfully, Netflix has opened up its linguistic library to a much larger group of language speakers. This is big step forward in global usability.
