Marriott dropped support for Hebrew and Russian last year but then added Vietnamese and Hindi. its website remains consistent across all markets and localization is quite strong. The global gateway is language oriented which we find somewhat limiting -- a country/language model allows you to align better with your customers -- but the gateway menu itself is easy to navigate. Finally, the new AI tool Ask Bonvoy is promising but it requires sign-in and only supports English.
