Intel updated its web design as shown in Before and After. It continues to support a global gateway in the header and also includes an Ask Intel feature that we assumed was AI powered; it was not and it took us back to a search engine that delivered a poor result. As more sites leverage AI for customer support those that don't are going to suffer in the eyes of their customers, across all languages.
