IBM has dropped a number of languages over the past several years; it dropped Uzbek last year. The most notable improvement is the migration of the global gateway from footer into the header in the ideal location (with perfect icon). This is a big step forward in usability. In addition, it now offers an AI (Watson) widget that handles many of its core languages quite well (see the screenshot for a Spanish-language query). The next step is for IBM to leverage AI to significantly improve the global user experience.
